Just resting in our hotel before we go out for the night. It is like 5:27 and quite nice out. There is so much rice that I don't think that a person would go a whole day without seeing or eating rice. The weather is nice but the sky is really cloudy. All of the restaurants have plastic versions of their food in the windows so that if you don't know what you want or can't read the menus you just go to the window and point at what you want. We went to a festival this afternoon and there were more than 50,000 people there. There are lots of people with dogs and there are bicycles everywhere. You can even buy beer in vending machines.

I'd better have some "Rice Pudding" ready for your return! Sounds like you are keeping busy! Perhaps it is better that the sun isn't shining...it might be too warm. Just clouds and rain here today. Looking forward to your next report. It's great that you have the internet! Toodles and love
